This sweet little Western Bluebird egg has an incubation period of 12 to 17 days. The female builds the nest and uses materials such as pine needles, horsehair, feathers, straw, plastic and grasses. Consider brushing your dogs outside and maybe she’ll use some of the dog hair left behind after grooming.

Taking time to notice. It's so easy to pass up the insignificant in a sea of glorious blossoms. To me, this new sunflower bud is just as beautiful as the flower when opened up, perhaps even more so.
